Rising Worth Playing Now That It’s F2P?

High-Quality. Low Prices. First-class Service
Dear customers, thank you for your support of our company.
Here, there’s good news to tell you: The company recently
launched a number of new fashion items! ! Fashionable
and welcome everyone to come buy.
As I feared… a lot of new things coming out are mostly only for Elites or Cash Shop.

Such as Pet systems, new mounts (all will be Elite/Cash Shop, there will be no PvE obtain mounts)
All costumes will be Cash Shop as they have stated before F2P launch on their website.

Enchanting system, the success rate have actually changed (or felt like it, and experienced by others), the rate is lower and harder to enchant to a higher + bonus. (because I see way less +12 enchants than before, it’s either because they lower the rate or it’s become way harder to obtain Alkhasts)
Especially the fact that they removed Masterwork from Specialty Stores and can now only be obtain from Drops (and as the Publishers said… in future Cash Shop)

However, if you have lots of money to spend or doesn’t give a damn about Cash Shop.
Than TERA will be one of the most fun game you’ve play (at least until future better games come out)
if for business -> f2p is ur best choice to lead a way to earn fast money :3
If for gameplay -> I rather suggest to tera gm or admin prefer stays as p2p../cause f2p will cause lots of booters/hackers come to rot at here spoiled the game :3
It’s fun when you’re leveling but end game is still lacking and now the game is leaning more towards a cash shop heavy mmo

A pleasant surprise

Scarlet Blade: A pleasant surprise
I have been playing Scarlet Blade, and I got to admit: IT IS AWESOME!
I feel really terrible now, because I gave my friends who play Scarlet Blade a hard time: They said it was good and I refused to believe them and then one night a group of us partied up and decided to give it a go and it was actually quite good.
Now, I did the same as you, and probably the same as many others: I saw the homepage, cringed, and moved on. Aeriagames is relying heavily on it being a “mature game”, I disagree: Why would you attempt to ruin a great game with a gender lock and a lack of clothing?

I didn’t get to review all the features that the game has to offer, I got told by my friends that all the good content comes after level 20. (Levelcap during this beta is level 29). If that’s true, I’ll definitely play it more, because I’m already impressed by the game. So let’s talk about the game!

Scarlet Blade offers 6 classes: Defender, Medic, Punisher, Sentinel, Shadow Walker and Whipper. I had a hard time deciding a class, because they were all somewhat new to me since I don’t dwell in sci-fi games often but I settled on a medic. Each class is a different girl, with a different personality, voice acting and background. The medic was cute, small and a little too confident in her own skills of “harboring the lives of her entire party”
Don’t you just hate running back into town to deliver all your quests and then back out the same way you came? You don’t have to deal with that in Scarlet Blade! It’s a futuristic MMOrpg after all: you can pick up and accept quests out in the field and even when you are in town, you can use a portal to go to areas surrounding you: it’s not free, but it is cheap!
What are even more impressive are the sound effects, I never thought I’d actually find a decent F2p-mmorpg that had voice acting; real English voice acting. One of the classes even has a touch of a British accent, at least according to me. Not all quests have voice-acting, but the important bits do! Besides the voice acting (where each character gets her own voice, I did say that right?) the music in the game is amazing. Opening windows, clicking all sorts of buttons, all have a sound effect. Sound effects I can only label as “sci-fi”. It fit’s so well with the game and creates a mood where it simply was hard putting the game down when it became too late to game anymore.

There is a few downsides though, one of them being the auto-walk feature. It’s great, I like it, but it could use some work. It is just beta, so it might be one of those features that will be improved, but there was a time when I was standing right next to my goal but I clicked “auto-walk” and went in one big circle around my goal. It was a huge detour, but I suppose if you bother to read your quests you won’t get lost mid-quest either.
Another downside is that I played with a party, and there is two minimaps: One in the bottom right corner that shows the map, where you see the roads, quest destinations and such. There is another one at the top corner, which is more like a radar system: You see monsters, party members and such. Problem is, I got a total tunnel vision and only saw the one at the bottom! I spent half my time ingame being annoyed of not knowing where my party was, which kind of made it experience not-as-ideal.

When Crusades Go Bad (Hating Jack Thompson)

Has anyone else noticed that over the years people have been actively against the spread of various forms of entertainment targetted towards younger audiences? In the early 1950s the US attempted to ban comic books. In the 1980s people wanted to get video games banned but Ronald Raegan made a speech on television condemning the act of banning video games.
Unfortunately, these people who attempt to get video games banned, only served to increase the sales of those video games in question because of the contraversy around it. People become more and more interested in it as they hear more and in turn increases the sales of the games. Video games like Grand Theft Auto only sell more because people make a fuss out of it. In fact, Grand Theft Auto largely remained in the background until Grand Theft Auto 3 was released and banned in several countries. As a result people wanted to know why it was being banned to sell more. Well if you’re a fan of video games you’ll probably hate Jack Thompson.
More recent figures who took a stand against video games were Eliot Spitzer and Jack Thompson. If you haven’t been keeping up with the news, Eliot Spitzer is the New York Governor who resigned after it was discovered he was involved in a prostitution ring. Jack Thompson is the former lawyer of Florida who is now disbarred for questionable practices (mostly lying). Despite this, he continues to act like he is a lawyer and has continued to file complaints against people he had to go up against when he was a lawyer. The most notable of these Spitzer wasn’t a big name against video games but he worked with some senators (one of which is Andrew Lanza) and representatives in an attempt to combat video game violence which was ironically only targetting Grand Theft Auto. It was one of the cases that led Grand Theft Auto to become something infamous throughout the world in the video game industry. Jack Thompson on the other hand is infamous for his insane prosecution of video games. Jack Thompson has attempted to link every high profile case to the latest violent video game being released regardless of time frame including creating false evidence. On several occasions he attempted the equivalent of what would be slander on the people involved in the cases and using the first amendment (free speech) as a defense while at the same time preventing others from exercising their free speech rights through anti Jack Thompson merchandise such as “I Hate Jack Thompson” t-shirts because it was hurting his name. I don’t know about him, but George W. Bush Jr. seems to do fine with all the Bush hate, Iraq hate, Anti Bush merchandise in the US and the mannequin burnings and US flag burnings in other countries. Seung Hui Cho, the Virginia Tech shooter, played Counter Strike about 4 years before the shooting and was reportedly playing Sonic before the shooting. Ironically, no one seems to really mind that the US Army does in fact provide training through America’s Army which isn’t that far off from where Counter Strike is. Jack Thompson also believes that the Bible doesn’t advocate killing of people (see The Crusades for more information) and that the Quran does. Ironically both believe in the single omnipotent god but the focal dispute is as to who the followers are and who their successors are. REMEMBER, the Bilbe says stoning is just fine so the next time you meet someone who disobeys their parents or IS NOT a Christian, it is your right to stone that person to death if desired.
For more information as to why people hate Jack Thompson, see “A Modest Video Game Proposal” and the results of it.
P.S. Sorry to those who are devoted followers of Christianity, but many people unknowingly follow a religion blindly without knowing much about it. The Bible is one of those because many people don’t read their Bible enough to know what’s in it and at the same time they want to “update” the Bible to take out these uncivilized practices. If MMOSITE gets a notice receiving something like a cease and desist order from Jack Thompson, sorry about that in advance but he will probably get around to this if he ever sees this. I’ve received death threats for things far less serious than this before too.
Enjoy anonymous comments!!! Jack Thompson is a fun subject when it comes to arguments against video games because he makes so many mistakes.
